1. Service Areas
We provide carpet and upholstery cleaning services to Sydney and the greater outer lying areas of Sydney. Due to the extensive travel distances in Sydney, and time required to conduct our business to the level of excellence we expect, the following policies apply to ensure efficient and fair service for all our clients.
2. Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees help us manage the operational costs and scheduling challenges associated with last-minute cancellations. When an appointment is cancelled on short notice, it becomes difficult to reallocate that time slot to another customer. The fee compensates for the time and resources reserved for your appointment and ensures we can continue to provide reliable and timely service to all our customers.
Standard Cancellation (January – October)

- Any cancellation made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of $240.
Peak Season Cancellation (November – December)

- Any cancellation made within 5 business days of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of $240.
- This policy ensures that our schedule remains efficient during our busiest time of the year.
