Dennis, a former Business Development Manager, transitioned his 10+ years of carpet cleaning expertise into his own successful venture in 2018. With a meticulous eye for detail, he consistently surpasses expectations, delighting customers with remarkable results.
The past 5 years, Dennis’s hands-on experience has imbued him with a keen understanding of the nuances of the industry, and in June 2023, he and Carolina expanded their business and acquired Devine Carpet Care. Dennis’s acumen for business management, combined with his genuine passion for the cleaning industry, has positioned them as a driving force in the field.
Carolina’s background is diverse – graduating in Politics, Economics, and Social Sciences from the University of Sydney in 2018.
With a robust background in managing small businesses and honing her customer service finesse, she brings a wealth of experience into the day to day management of both of their businesses.
Originally founded in 1985 on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, Devine Carpet Care has its roots as a family enterprise, with Frank & Raja Devine. In 2011, the business was then passed on to family members Rob and Mel Lowe. In July 2023, Dennis and Carolina, took the reins, injecting their accumulated decade of carpet cleaning expertise into the business.
Devine Carpet Care use only the highest quality products, and their skilled technicians pride themselves on attention to detail and commitment to providing a professional job every time. In addition to carpet cleaning, Devine Carpet Care also offers upholstery, tile, vinyl and rug cleaning services.
Devine Carpet Care has both modern truck-mounted equipment for thorough ‘hot water extraction’ cleaning and high powered portable equipment for properties with limited or difficult access. Devine Carpet Care also offers a low moisture encapsulation process (ensuring carpets are left ‘walk-on’ dry and significantly reducing drying time). The equipment, coupled with highly trained technicians, guarantees superior results on all carpet types.
