We got a burst pipe which flooded most of the carpet at my unit. We can't express enough how fortunate to have found him on Google. From the very first phone call, he was very friendly, responsive and transparent with everything. He came as soon as he could that same morning.
His expertise in carpet cleaning and extraction was second to none. He managed to extract out more than 300L of water, double treated some of the heavy wear areas and put a bunch of different products to prevent moulding. He also suggested to leave 3 full blowers around the unit to dry out the moisture.
After 3 days, voila, the carpet is dry and even cleaner than before. He re-inspected the carpet and ensured that the moisture reading all passed. Most importantly, the pricing was very reasonable for such a high quality service.
I can't recommend Dennis enough and won't hesitate to use his service again in the future.
