As a competent artist, mother of two and working full time in the business, Mel knows exactly what it’s like to maintain both home and working life and understands the pressures this can bring.

With her knowledge of cleaning processes and pricing, Mel is happy to assist in tailoring booking times and answering any questions relating to private or commercial carpet, tile, upholstery and vinyl care services.

Tracy has been with Devine Carpet Care for over a year now. Also based on the Northern Beaches and assisting Mel in the office with administration, technician coordination and client liaison, Tracy herself has a background in business management and admin. Tracy is very efficient and personable and has a sound understanding of Devine Carpet Care’s services, pricing and scheduling. With a positive attitude and a caring nature, Tracy is on hand to assist our clients with day to day bookings and inquiries.

Robbie is the newest addition to the Devine Carpet Team and although relatively young, Robbie’s likeable nature and excellent skills have very quickly made him an invaluable asset to the business.
