This is a hot water extraction which is the most popular method of carpet cleaning. This means that a pre-spray is applied to release the dirt from the carpets then hot water is used to rinse the carpet fibre so there is no residue.
Low Moisture Cleaning (Encapsulation)
This method of cleaning is the latest in professionally shampooing carpets. It gets great results on polypropylene, acrylic and nylon carpets. When this dries it encapsulates any dirt that is left in the carpet fibres and vacuums out as dry matter. The carpet also has a protection left behind so that re-soiling is reduced.
